摘要
目的定量分析大肠埃希菌临床分离株生物被膜的形成。方法采用微量平板培养结合结晶紫染色法建立大肠埃希菌生物被膜定量检测法,并采用该法对49株大肠埃希菌临床菌株生物被膜的形成进行定量分析。结果微量平板培养结合结晶紫染色法可对大肠埃希菌生物被膜进行定量检测。在所检测的49株大肠埃希菌中,有7株菌形成生物被膜的少量,占14.3%;18株菌形成生物被膜的量为中等,占36.7%;24株菌形成生物被膜的量较多,占49.0%。结论绝大多数大肠埃希菌临床菌株能形成中等或较多量的生物被膜。
OBJECTIVE To quantitatively analyze the biofilm-formation of Escherichia coliclinical isolates.METHODS The method of microtiterplate culture-crystal violet stain was established for the quantificative analysis of biofilm-formation for the isolates.And 49 E.coliisolates were tested by the method for their biofilm-formation.RESULTS Among 49 E.coliisolates examined,18 isolates formed biofilm of medium quantity,accounting for 36.7%,24 isolates formed more quantity biofilm,accounting for 49.0%,7 isolates formed small quantity of biofilm,accounting for 14.3%.CONCLUSION Most of E.coliclinical isolates can form medium or more-quantity of biofilm.
