摘要
随机选取63头荷斯坦奶牛,比较研究临床健康奶牛和乳房炎奶牛的血液病理学变化。结果表明:(1)临床型乳房炎奶牛在120,70,50,30 s-1等切变率下全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚积指数、红细胞刚性指数等血液流变学指标均显著高于健康奶牛和隐性乳房炎奶牛(P<0.01或P<0.05),而健康奶牛和隐性乳房炎奶牛各项血液流变学指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)临床型乳房炎奶牛血清中IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平均显著高于健康奶牛(P<0.01或P<0.05),临床型乳房炎奶牛血清中IL-8、TNF-α水平显著高于隐性乳房炎奶牛(P<0.05),而健康奶牛和隐性乳房炎奶牛血清中各细胞因子水平均差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验证实了临床型乳房炎奶牛"血瘀证"的客观存在,乳腺炎症反应参与了血瘀证的形成,血液流变学指标和血清中IL-8、TNFα-可以用作乳房炎诊断和治疗效果的评价。
Sixty three Holstein dairy cows were randomly selected in order to study the blood pathological changes of healthy dairy cows and dairy cows with mastitis.The results showed that：（1）Whole blood viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity at 120 s-1,70 s-1,50 s-1 and 30 s-1 shear rate,erythrocyte deformation index,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte rigidity index of the clinical mastitis cows were significantly higher than those of the clinical healthy cows and the recessive mastitis cows（P0.01 or P0.05）.There was no significant difference between hemorheological indexes of the recessive mastitis cows and clinical healthy cows（P0.05）.（2） Serum IL-1β,IL-8,TNF-α levels of the clinical mastitis cows were significantly higher than those of the healthy cows（P0.01 or P0.05） and serum IL-8,TNF-α levels of the clinical mastitis cows were significantly higher than those of the recessive mastitis cows（P0.05）,while the serum cytokine levels of the recessive mastitis cows and clinical healthy cows were no significant difference（P0.05）.The experiment confirmed that blood stasis syndrome objectively exists in dairy cows infected with clinical mastitis,and inflammatory reaction of lacteal gland might take part in the formation of blood stasis syndrome.Hemorheological indexes and serum IL-8,TNF-α can be used for the diagnostic and estimated criteria of the therapeutic efficiency of cow mastitis.
