泡沫分散聚合法制备超大孔水凝胶及其性能研究

Synthesis and Characterization of Superporous Hydrogels by Foaming Dispersion Copolymerization

摘要 采用泡沫分散聚合法,以自制的4-乙酰基丙烯酰乙酸乙酯(AAEA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体,制备了具有相互贯穿超大孔结构的快速响应型水凝胶。结果表明,引发剂和交联剂用量分别为2.5%和0.6%时平衡溶胀度最高;当以饱和碳酸钠溶液为发泡剂时制得的凝胶孔洞均匀贯穿;凝胶经无水乙醇处理后,其表面孔洞的形成增大了与溶液的接触面积;该凝胶20s内即可达到溶胀/消溶胀平衡具有良好的离子强度敏感性;在蒸馏水和NaCl溶液之间具有良好的反复溶胀/消溶胀性能。 A series of novel rapidly responsive P(AAEA/AMPS/AA) hydrogels with interconnected superporous structure were synthesized by foaming dispersion copolymerization using 4-acetyl acryloyl ethyl acetate (AAEA), 2-aerylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and acrylic acid (AA) as monomers. Results showed that when the mole fraction of initiator and that of crosslinker were 2.5 and 0.6 ~//0 respectively, the equilibrium swelling ratios were highest. The hydrogels had uniform and interconnected porous structure when using the saturated solution of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) as foaming agents, and pores formed in the surface of hydrogel could increase the contact area between hydrogels and solvent after being treated by ethanol. The hydrogels could reach their swelling and deswelling equilibrium within 20s, and they had favorable ion sensitivity and repeatability between distilled water and NaCl solution.
