基于动态剪切流变试验的沥青胶浆水敏感性研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过将动态剪切流变仪(DSR:Dynamic Shear Rheometer)中的传统不锈钢界面改进为陶瓷界面,提出了一种新的评价沥青结合料水敏感性的试验方法。据此选取消石灰和硅石两种矿粉,分别采用不同矿粉掺量与21种不同PG分级的沥青混合,制备出沥青胶浆试样,并分别在水域和空气域中进行了DSR测试。抗车辙因子G*/sinδ的试验结果对比分析表明:新方法对评价沥青与矿粉之间的相互作用以及沥青结合料的水敏感性十分有效,从而能较准确地评价沥青混合料的水稳性。
