摘要
为探讨创伤性髋关节滑膜炎的发生机理及病理特点,对实验兔及大白鼠随机分组,观察不同运动负荷对髋关节腔内压、氧分压的影响及滑膜组织的病理学变化。模拟负荷可造成髋关节创伤性滑膜炎的病理改变,髋关节腔内压升高和氧分压降低是导致滑膜创伤性炎症改变的原因,其程度与运动量和时间成正相关。关节腔内灌注冲洗抽吸可促进滑膜细胞修复,防治髋关节创伤性滑膜炎。
In order to explore the generative mechanism and pathological features of traumatic hip joint synovitis,we have observed the influences of different exercise,tolerance on hip joint intracavitary pressure and partial pressure of oxygen as well as the pathological changes of synovia tissues in simulated experiments with rabbits and white rats.Our findings read as follows:Simulated tolerance brings about pathological changes to traumatic synovitis of animal hip joints.The rise in joint intracavtary pressure and fall in partial pressure of oxygen contribute to traumatic synovitis,extent of which is directly proportional to the colume and duration of exercise.Lavation aspiration is capable of alleviating the inflammation of synovia tissues and promoting repair.
