摘要
以正硅酸乙酯、异丙醇、钛酸丁酯、硝酸镍为主要原料,采用等离子体改性法制备了负载型NiO-TiO2/SiO2复合半导体材料,利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)等手段对催化剂的性能进行了表征,并考察了催化剂对甲基橙溶液的光催化降解性能。实验结果表明,所制得的复合半导体材料具有较高的比表面积,NiO的加入促进了载体表面的分散程度,有效地抑制了光生电子与空穴的复合从而增强了对可见光的吸收性能,而催化剂经等离子体处理后在分散性、稳定性方面也有了一定提高,材料的光催化性能得到改善。
The loaded NiO-TiO2/SiO2 catalysts are prepared by ethyl silicate,is opropanol,tetra-n-butyl titanate and nickel nitrate, and treated by the plasma,which the chemical composition and dispersity are characterized by FT-IR,XRD,FESEM respectively. The photocatalytic degradation capacity of the catalysts are tested by the soluble methyl orange liquor.It is shown that the added NiO can enhance the dispersity of the supporter surface,effectively inhibit the reunion of the electrons and holes,thus increasing the visible light absorption properties.It is also shown that NiO-TiO2/SiO2 photocatalysts by plasma have been improved in the dispersity, stability and also in the photocatalytic degradation capacity.
