摘要
针对中原油田石油化工总厂酸性水汽提装置净化水中氨氮化合物含量偏高、氨水中硫化物含量偏高及装置能耗高等问题,经过工艺计算,通过增加酸性水汽提塔塔底重沸器、增加富氨气抽出口的措施,提高了净化水、氨水水质,同时也降低了装置能耗。
To aim at the problems of high content of aminoazo - compound in sour water and high content of sulfide in ammonia water and high energy consumption in Zhongyuan Oilfield Petrochemical Complex, through the process calculation, adding a reboiler in the bottom of stripping tower and drawing nozzle of ammoniaenriched gas, promoted the quality of purified water and ammonia water , also reduced the energy comsumption.
