摘要
目的采用低压缺氧法建立高原气虚血瘀证大鼠模型。方法将实验大鼠减压至相当于海拔6 000m的高度,每天3.5h,共计6周,观察大鼠表征、摄食量、体质量、耐疲劳时间和血液流变学等指标的变化。结果与对照组比较,模型大鼠皮毛黯淡枯燥、蓬松、脱毛,耳朵、尾巴、爪甲色泽黯红,或有瘀斑,舌质紫黯,倦怠嗜睡,精神委顿,四肢蜷缩,活动性差,攻击性、对抗性减少或消失,摄食量减少,体质量降低,抗疲劳能力降低,血浆黏度和全血黏度升高(P<0.05)。结论以低压缺氧法建立的气虚血瘀证大鼠疾病模型,其表征和血液流变学指标符合气虚血瘀证的表现。
Objective To establish the qi deficiency and blood stasis model in plateau rats by low-pressure anoxia method.Methods A low pressure environment same to that in 6 000m above sea level was created and put the rats in this environment 3.5 hours a day for six weeks,and observed the signs,appetite,weight,fatigue durable time and blood rheological changes of rats.Results Compared with the control group,the rat models had bleak and fluffy fur,the color of its ears,tail and claw nails became dark red even with blood stasis;the tongue was dark purple;the four legs scrunched;the rat seemed tired,sleepy,depressed and inactive,its attack and opposition abilities became weak or disappeared;its food intake,weight and fatigue durable ability decreased,plasma viscosity and blood viscosity increased(P0.05).Conclusion The signs and the blood rheological indexes of the rat of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome made by low-pressure anoxia method are consistent with the manifestations of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
