摘要
药物载体的开发具有悠久的历史,但是传统的药物载体并不具备可观察性和可追踪性,将纳米荧光探针应用于药物载体中有望解决此问题。重点概述了纳米荧光探针应用于药物载体中的实例以及新型药物载体的开发应用,探讨了不同纳米荧光探针的优缺点。
The development of drug-delivery system has long history, but the tracing of drug release process is still not realized for the traditional drug carriers, which have limited the disease therapy. Currently, a novel tracing technique, nano-fluorescent probes, have been developed to overcome this problem. The current application and the research of nano-fluorescent tracing technique on new drug carriers are summarized. Advantages and disadvantages of different nano-fluorescent probes are also discussed.
