Determination of arsenic,antimony and bismulth in laterite nickel ore by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱(HG-AFS)法测定红土镍矿中砷、锑、铋含量,并对影响其光谱测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的探讨。实验中,以王水水浴法溶解样品降低待测元素的挥发损失,以硫脲和抗坏血酸混合溶液为掩蔽剂来消除干扰元素的影响。方法的检出限在0.10~0.25 ng/mL之间;对红土镍矿样品中的砷、锑、铋进行分析,其回收率在91%~113%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~7.6%。 The content of arsenic,antimony and bismuth in laterite nickel ore was determined with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS).The influencing factors were discussed in detail.The aqua regia bath was adopted for reducing the volatile loss of elements to be tested,while the mixed solution of thiourea and ascorbic acid was used as masking reagent to eliminate the impact of interfering elements.The detection limit of method was between 0.10-0.25 ng/mL.The arsenic,antimony and bisnmuth in laterite nickel ore was analyzed with the recovery of 91%-113% and relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1.9%-7.6%.
