美国高校学生评教探析及启示 被引量：1

摘要 学生评教源于美国高校,传入我国后,被越来越多的高校所普遍采用,评教的方式也由最初的填涂学生评教卡逐渐发展成基于网络的网上评教系统。随着学生评教理论研究的日益深入,学生评教的内涵也越来越丰富,更加强调学生的主体地位。对于学生评教结果的使用也有了全新的认识,学生评教的结果不仅用于考核教师的教学能力和教学水平以及作为教师晋升的依据之一,更重要的是提高了学校的教学质量和教师的综合素质。
