摘要
从参与人员、服务内容、服务质量、激励机制等方面对医学图书馆数字参考咨询与"百度知道"进行比较,分析"百度知道"的优势及对医学图书馆数字参考咨询的借鉴与启示:对用户开放,充分发挥用户的作用;扩大服务范围,优化服务质量;加强与网络搜索引擎的合作;完善奖惩与激励机制。
This paper makes a comparative study on participant,content and quality of service,incentive mechanism between "Badu I know" and digital reference service of medical library,analyzes the advantage of "Badu I know",proposes the suggestions and enlightenment of "Badu I know" to digital reference service of medical library: that is opening to user and paying attention to users' important role,enlarging service area,optimizing service quantity;strengthening cooperation with search engines;perfecting the mechanism of rewards and punishments.
