摘要
针对需求多样化与需求响应速度间的矛盾,提出需求获取过程中的需求反馈导航技术.根据产品设计参数之间的耦合约束规则,构建产品静态潜在矛盾设计结构矩阵(DSM).根据属性间的优先顺序对矩阵进行初始变换,按照变换后的矩阵对需求定制系统进行整体规划.根据客户具体需求对静态潜在设计结构矩阵进行动态变化,实现客户需求定制的全方位过程导航和反馈,从而帮助客户完成需求定制.该方法在电梯产品的需求定制系统中得到了实际应用,有效降低了产品的需求非标率,提高了客户需求响应效率.
The technology of demand feedback and navigation based on dynamic design structure matrix (DSM) was proposed due to the contradiction between multi-demands and responding speed. Static potential contradiction DSM was created based on coupling rules of product design parameters. The DSM was transformed according to the priority order of product properties in order to totally plan the customization system. The DSM was dynamically transformed according to the specific demand. Then overall process feedback and navigation for customers were provided, and the customization demand for customers was completed. This technology was applied in the demand customization system of elevator product. Non-standard rate of product was remarkably decreased, and the efficiency of responding to customer demand was improved.
