摘要
依法治校,依法治体是学校体育健康发展的主要动力之一。研究表明:目前的学校体育法制建设无法满足学校体育的发展,阻碍了学校体育前进的步伐。影响因素主要表现为法制建设不完善、相关人员法制素质低、执法监督机制不完善等几个方面。为了促进学校体育的健康发展,本研究认为应该采取如下对策:管理体制要革新、完善素质教育理论、完善体育法规细则、建立和完善体育监督政策法规。
The research indicated that the present school sports legislative work is unable to satisfy the development of school sports and has hindered the school sports advance step.The influence factor mainly performanced in legislative work imperfect,low quality correlation personnel legal system,law enforcement surveillance mechanism imperfect and so on.In order to promote the school sports healthy development,it should take the following countermeasure： the management system needs to innovate,the consummation education for all-around development theory, the establishment and the consummation sports surveillance policy and regulations.
