摘要
后金融危机时代的大学生就业形势逐渐好转,中国经济的高速发展更为农科大学生就业提供了良好机遇。产业结构的优化和发展模式的改变又对高等农业院校的人才培养及质量提出了更高要求,高校必须坚持科学定位,加强内涵建设,发挥优势和特色,不断创新人才培养模式,使学校培养的人才在类型、结构等方面更贴近社会的需要。
In the post-financial crisis era,the employment markets of the undergraduates become better gradually and the rapid development of Chinese economy provides the undergraduates of agricultural universities with more and good opportunities.The optimization of industrial structure and the change of developmental patterns require the agricultural talents with high quality.Therefore,agricultural universities,in order to meet the social requirements of the talents in types and composition,must stick to its scientific location,strengthen substance construction,give full play to their advantages and features,and continuously innovate the modes of personnel training.
