摘要
高校院系资料室在高校创新发展和计算机网络技术的挑战面前,反应迟钝,发展滞后。围绕着高校院系资料室的发展走向,大家提出了改革发展说、分馆说和撤销并入说三种观点,提出高校院系资料室发展走向是一个综合性的问题,只有实事求是,详细调查,深入研究,科学确定发展模式,才能走出困境,推动高校教学科研的发展。
In the collegiate innovation and,computer network technology challenges, university college reference rooms develop slowly, lagging behind. Based on the development of reference rooms, the article proposes three views to reform and develop, to withdraw and to integrate into branches. The development trend of college reference rooms is a comprehensive problem, and only by realistic, detailed investigation, thorough research and establishing scientific development model, can it be able to go out of difficulties.
