摘要
目的:观察蒙医治疗脑震荡的临床疗效。方法:在内蒙古中蒙医院确诊为脑震荡的60例患者,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组(蒙医治疗组)和对照组(西医治疗组),各30例,并对总有效率和症状进行比较。结果:蒙医治疗组治愈23%;好转74%;无效3%,总有效率97%。西医治疗组治愈14%,好转73%,无效13%,总有效率为87%。结论:蒙医治疗脑震荡的疗效确切。
This study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of brain concussion. Sixty patients confirmed with brain concussion were randomly divided into the treatment group （Mongolian medicine treatment group） and control group （western medicine treatment group） in the Inner Mongolia Chinese and Mongolian Medicine Hospital. Each group contained 30 patients. Comparison of the overall response rate and symptoms of concussion between two groups was conducted. The results showed that 23% cases in the treatment group were cured; 74% got better; and 3% failed to respond to the treatment. The overall response rate was 97%. In the control group, 14% cases were cured; 73% got better; and 13% failed to respond to the treatment. The overall response rate was 87%. It is concluded that the Mongolian medicine is effective in the brain concussion treatment.
