摘要
液压元件的密封一般均为机械密封,目前的机械密封形式在产品中的应用极为广泛,随着生产技术水平提高和对节约能源的要求,机械密封的应用前景更为广泛。文章通过介绍对液压系统以及节能设计必要性,分析了液压系统的基本节能途径,提出了液压系统节能设计的一些方法措施,定性或定量的阐述了其节能效果。
The hydraulic components are typically sealed mechanical seal mechanical seal present in the product so widely used, with the production technology improvement and energy conservation requirements of the mechanical seal more extensive application prospects. This paper describes the design of the hydraulic system and the need for energy conservation, analysis of the hydraulic system of the basic energy-saving way to make the hydraulic system design for energy efficiency measures in some way, qualitatively or quantitatively deseribed its energy saving effect.
