本文围绕创建山西开放大学这一主题,介绍了创建山西开放大学的背景和意义,阐述了山西开放大学的性质和主要职能,分析了建设山西开放大学的四大核心任务、组织架构及运行模式,并对继续教育资源的整合、组织保障、设施保障、经费保障、政策法规保障等问题进行了初步探讨。
Surrounding the topic of establishing Shanxi Open University,this paper introduces the background and its meaning,states the properties and the major functions,analyzes the four core missions,the organizational framework and the operation mode,and discusses the integration of continuing educational resources,organizational guarantee,fund guarantee,policy and regulation guarantee,and etc.
