摘要
文中在分析动力型锂电池组不一致性形成及扩大原因和比较研究现有电池组均衡方案的基础上,提出了一种新的充电均衡控制方案,给出了均衡电路实现方法和控制算法。该均衡电路以功率场效应管构成的新型开关阵列为核心,试验表明:新方案对提高锂电池组充电效率,减小组内单体电池个体差异,提高电池组动力性能和延长锂电池组使用寿命具有较好的效果。
This paper proposed a novel balancing method for battery pack:,after analyzed the factors that shorten the cycle life of battery pack as well as their causes and studied different balancing methods nowadays.The equalization circuit is realized with a new type of switch equalizer and the switch equalizer are made of MOSFETs.It shows that the new method not only can improve the charging efficiency of batteries,but also can effectively compensate the performance inconsistency of battery pack,improving the efficiency of batteries,and prolonging the life cycle.
