摘要
目的探讨建立附子理中丸GC/MS的质量控制方法。方法采用GC/MS对附子理中丸及其组方中干姜、白术、挥发油成分进行鉴别研究,并采用峰面积归一化法计算相对含量。结果在附子理中丸总离子流图中,共检出17个分别归属于干姜和白术的挥发油特征性化学成分。结论 GC/MS应用于附子理中丸的鉴别能有效控制制剂质量。
Objective To discuss the feasibility by using GC/MS to distinguish the Zingiberi Rhizoma and Andatractylodes macrocephala Koidz in Fuzi Lizhong pills. Methods Distinguish and research the essential oil of Zingiberi Rhizoma, Andatractylodes macrocephala Koidz and Fuzi Lizhong pills by GC/MS, and calculate the relative content by area normalization method. Results In the total ion chromatogram of Fuzi Lizhong pills, it is identified that there are 17 essential characteristic of essential oil for Zingiberi Rhizoma and Andatractylodes macrocephala Koidz.Conclusion The identification of GC/MS which has been applied to Fuzi Lizhong pills can control the quality of the medicines effectively.
