水平蛇形管内单相流传热特性研究

摘要 对水平蛇形管内单相流的传热特性进行了研究。通过改变质量流速,研究壁温特性。研究结果表明:壁温随质量流速的增大而减小,且弯头外侧温度高于内侧温度。对实验结果进行拟合,提出用于水平蛇形管管内单相对流传热系数的关联式。 The investigation on heat transfer of single phase flow in a horizontal serpentine tube is performed. The wall temperature is studied with the trend of the mass velocity through modifying mass velocity. The experimental results indicate that wall temperature will increase with the mass velocity increasing, and outside temperature of the bend is higher than inside temperature. In this paper, based on the experiments, the empirical correlation for the calculation of heat transfer in horizontal serpentine tube has been presented.
