摘要
分析了当今大学教育存在主要弊端和阐明学科竞赛的作用,指出开展学科竞赛能促进高校教与学效率的提升;提出以开展学科竞赛的形式克服高校在教育质量上存在的问题,促进大学在管理体制、教师教学和学生能力培养方面的创新.
After analyzing the malpractices about the nonce university education and describing the advantages of subject competitions,the truth can be indicated that developing subject competitions can improve the mode of teaching and learning.It not only can help university to overcome the question of education quality,but also can promote innovation of manager system,teacher teaching,as well as student ability.
