脑电图和磁共振成像在手足口病并发脑炎中的应用评价 被引量:7

Evaluation of EEG and MRI in Diagnosis and Prognosis of Hand-foot-mouth Disease Complicated by Encephalitis

摘要 目的探讨磁共振、脑电图在小儿手足口病并发脑炎中的诊断价值。方法对35例手足口病并发脑炎患儿行磁共振、脑电图检查,并将观测结果进行回顾性分析。结果脑电图阳性检出率为71.4%,磁共振阳性检出率为57.1%,脑电图与磁共振检查的阳性检出率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.212,P<0.05)。结论脑电图对小儿手足口病并发脑炎的敏感性高,但特异性低,磁共振能够清楚显示病变的部位、范围,可作为手足口病并发脑炎的首选影像诊断手段。 Objective To evaluate the value of electroencephalogram(EEG) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in diagnosis and prognosis of hand-foot-mouth disease complicated by encephalitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on EEG and MRI results of 35 children with hand-foot-mouth disease complicated by encephalitis. Results The detection rates of EEG and MRI were 71.4% and 57.1%,respectively;and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.212, P0.05). Conclusions MRI and EEG can provide important clinical information for children with hand-foot-mouth disease complicated by encephalitis.EEG is superior to MRI in sensitivity,but its defect is low specificity.MRI is superior to EEG in detecting the viral encephalitic involved sites and in depicting the borders of the viral encephalitic lesions.
