径向进气轴向出流旋转盘腔总压损失特性研究 被引量:5

Study on Total Pressure Losses Characteristics of Rotating Cavity with Radial Inlet and Axial Outflow

摘要 在径向进气轴向出流的旋转盘腔中,在哥氏力的影响下,流体速度的切向分量和流体的总压损失均增大,用数值计算方法研究其损失特性缺乏验证。采用试验方法研究了径向进气轴向出流旋转盘腔的压力损失特性,测试了不同工况下的旋转盘腔的进、出口总压,分析了流量系数和旋转雷诺数对径向进气旋转盘腔总压损失的影响规律。试验结果表明:旋转盘腔的总压损失随旋转雷诺数的增大而增大。随流量系数的变化规律较复杂,在较小旋转雷诺数下,总压损失随流量系数的增大而增大;在较大旋转雷诺数下,总压损失随流量系数的增大先减小后增大。 In the rotating cavity with radial inlet and axial outflow,the fluid velocity tangential component and total pressure losses increased under the influence of the Wander.The numerical investigation on losses characteristics was lack of verification.The pressure losses characteristics of the rotating cavity with radial inlet and axial outflow were investigated by testing method.The rotating cavity inlet and outlet total pressure under different operational state were tested,the influence of non-dimensional mass flow rate and rotating Reynolds number on rotating cavity with a Radial Inflow were analyzed.The results show that total pressure losses of the rotating cavity increases with the rotating Reynolds number.The total pressure losses increase with the flow coefficient at the lower rotating Reynolds number,and first decrease and then increase with the increases of the flow coefficient at the higher rotating Reynolds number.
