摘要 对在小流量工况下,利用数值计算的方法预测泵的性能时误差偏大的原因进行了分析,提出了在小流量工况下对扬程和效率的修正方法。通过对MD40-6.3多级泵一级的叶轮与导叶内部流场的数值计算,根据小流量工况下的修正公式预测了该多级清水离心泵一级的能量特性曲线,并与实验数据进行了比较。结果表明:在设计工况附近,预测值与实验值吻合较好,在小流量工况点,误差比修正前明显减小。 The reason that the error of using numerical calculation method to predict the pump performance is large under the small flux condition is analyzed in this paper and a rectification method for small flux condition is put forward.Three-dimensional modeling and calculating of internal flow through the impeller and vane of a centrifugal pump is conducted by using CFD.The pump performance curve is got by collecting the calculating data and using the rectification formula.The comparison of the prediction data with the experiment data shows that the errors are lower under design condition and other work conditions.
