摘要
238颗Branemark种植体植入48名下颌全牙列缺失患者的颌骨内 ,完成固定可卸式修复体46件 ,临床观察30～48个月 ,修复后2年累积成功率为97.4% ,修复体稳定率为100% ,种植失败多数发生在种植早期 ,其主要原因为骨质疏松。
Forty_eight patients with edentulous mandibles, aged 51 to 72 years, were treated with 46 prostheses supported by 238 Branemark implants and were followed up to 2 years. The cumulative implant success rate and prosthesis stability were 97.4% and 100% respectively. Three implant failures were found before the second stage surgery,and another 3 implant failures happened in the first year after finishing the prostheses. The main reason of failures was the qualitaive deficiencies.
