摘要
目的:研究元芪胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的保护作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,观察元芪胶囊不同剂量组对大鼠行为学、脑含水量、脑梗死面积、SOD、MDA及组织形态学变化的影响。结果:元芪胶囊可降低大鼠体征指数,减轻脑水肿,缩小脑梗死面积,改善脑组织病理形态学变化,提高SOD的活性,减少MDA的含量。结论:元芪胶囊高、中剂量组对脑缺血损伤具有明显的保护作用,其机制可能为改善自由基含量,抗脂质过氧化。
Objective: To research the protective effect of Yuanqi capsules on cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury.Methods: Duplicated the middle cerebral artery occlusion model(MCAO) in rats,the research investigated the influence of Yuanqi capsules on brain water content infarct area,activities of SOD,content of MDA and pathological changes in the organizational structure.Results: Yuanqi capsules could obviously reduce the brain water content and the infract area in MCAO,increase the activities of SOD and decrease the content of MDA in the cerebral ischemia-reinfusion model of rats.Conclusion: Yuanqi Capsules have the function of scavenging free radicals and the protective effect on ischemic brain tissues.
