乙酰肝素酶、MMP-9在胰腺癌中的联合表达及临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 胰腺癌恶性度高、病情隐匿及预后差,是危害人类健康最为严重的恶性肿瘤[1].基质金属蛋白酶（matrix metalloproteinase9,MMP-9）是一类与肿瘤发生、侵袭和转移密切相关的蛋白水解酶.研究表明MMP-9在多种肿瘤组织中的表达增加[2].笔者采用免疫组织化学方法检测胰腺癌、慢性胰腺炎和正常胰腺组织中的HPA和MMP-9的联合表达,以探讨二者在胰腺癌中的表达特点、相互关系及其临床意义.
