摘要
以B210P1(一种加磷高强度冷轧、无间隙原子高强度钢)、B280VK(一种碳素冷连轧、双相钢钢板)高强度钢板为研究对象,采用物理试验与数值模拟相结合的方法研究了主要力学性能参数(σs、K、n、r)对材料拉深成形性能的影响。对比物理模拟和数值模拟:对于拉伸试验所得到的材料性能参数,采用ETA/DYNAFORM软件进行数值模拟试验能有效预测材料的拉深成形性能。
In order to know the drawing formability of B210P1(a kind of cold-rolled plus phosphorus,high strength interstitial free steel) and B280VK(a kind of cold rolling of carbon,dual phase steel plate) high-strength sheet steel,the numerical simulation and physical simulation tests were carried out,the influences of mechanical property parameters(σs,K,n,r) on the drawing formability of B210P1 and B280VK steel sheet were studied.Comparing physical simulation with numerical simulation,it is proved that numerical simulation test using ETA/DYNAFORM software can effectively predict the drawing formability of the material by tensile test.
