急性脑梗死患者眼球凝视研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨眼球凝视(CED)与左、右大脑半球梗死的偏侧性、梗死灶部位以及与意识、偏瘫程度是否相关。方法通过MRIcro 1.40 build 1软件绘图,得到发生CED相关的脑区,对患者CED的发生率、意识状态、瘫痪侧肌力进行评价。结果右侧大脑半球梗死CED的发生率较左侧高(P<0.01),左侧大脑半球大部分脑区与CED无关,右侧大脑半球与之相反,CED患者的意识状态和瘫痪侧肌力较无CED患者差(P<0.01)。结论 CED的发生率和相关部位在左、右大脑半球均有差别,其与患者的生命体征和功能密切相关。
