表观弥散系数对松果体实质肿瘤分级作用的初步研究 被引量:2

Apparent Diffusion Coefficient in Grading Pineal Parenchymal Tumors:a Preliminary Study

摘要 目的:探讨最小表观弥散系数(ADC)在松果体实质肿瘤分级中的作用。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的松果体实质肿瘤16例(男性8例,女性8例,年龄7~55岁,平均27岁),其中松果体细胞瘤5例,中间分化型松果体实质肿瘤5例,松果体母细胞瘤6例。在肿瘤实质部分测定最小ADC值,比较不同病理类型之间最小ADC值。结果:松果体细胞瘤平均最小ADC值(8.99±0.59)×10-4mm2/s;中间分化型松果体实质肿瘤平均最小ADC值(6.94±0.36)×10-4mm2/s;松果体母细胞瘤平均最小ADC值(4.64±0.38)×10-4mm2/s。从低级别到高级别,松果体实质肿瘤的平均最小ADC值呈依次降低的趋势。结论:最小ADC值与肿瘤细胞密度有一定相关性,可以为松果体实质肿瘤的良恶性分级提供更多的信息。 Purpose:To investigate the prediction value of the minimum apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in grading of pineal parenchymal tumors.Methods:Image Data of 16 patients(8 males,8 females,7-55 years old,mean age 27) with pineal parenchymal tumors which were pathologically proved(5 pineocytomas,5 pineal parenchymal tumors of intermediate differentiation and 6 pineoblastomas)were collected and analyzed retrospectively.The minimum ADC values were measured on ADC maps and compared.Results:The mean minimum ADC values for pineocytomas,pineal parenchymal tumors of intermediate differentiation and pineoblastomas were(8.99±0.59)×10-4mm2/s,(6.94±0.36)×10-4mm2/s,(4.64±0.38)×10-4mm2/s,respectively.And the tendency of the values from high to low can be observed.Conclusion:The minimum ADC values of pineal parenchymal tumors can provide additional information in predicting of tumor grade.
