Delta陶瓷界面在人工全髋关节置换中初步应用体会 被引量:6

The early clinical efficiency and experience in application of Delta ceramic-on-ceramic total hip arthroplasty

摘要 目的探讨应用Delta陶瓷界面行陶对陶人工全髋关节置换术治疗髋关节疾患的早期临床疗效。方法对15例不同髋关节疾病患者应用Delta大直径陶瓷股骨头及Delta陶瓷内衬全髋关节假体系统行人工全髋关节置换。术后多模式有效镇痛及早期下床功能锻炼。根据Harris评分系统进行评估髋关节功能,并了解有无术后并发症等情况。结果 15例均获随访,时间3~13(10.8±6.8)个月。Harris髋关节评分术前为7.0~55.8(43.6±23.2)分,术后8个月时为81.3~97.6(91.2±8.5)分。2例患者术后患髋轻微疼痛,无其它并发症发生。结论 Delta陶瓷界面人工全髋关节假体系统治疗髋关节疾患早期疗效满意,鉴于Delta陶对陶假体的物理性能及设计理念,预计患者将得到长期的优良生活质量。 Objective To discuss early clinical efficacy and experience in application of Delta ceramic on ceramic total hip prosthesis for total hip arthroplasty in treating hip joint disease.Methods 15 patients with different hip disease were treated by total hip arthroplasty with Delta ceramic on ceramic total hip prosthesis with big ceramic femoral head prosthesis,meanwhile,the 15 patients were multi-modely analgesiaed and permitted to take exercise early on the ground.Clinical evaluation was performed using Harris hip score and the complication was recorded.Results All of the 15 patients were followed up well with an average follow up of 10.8±6.8 months(3~13 months).The averaged Harris Hip Score increased from preoperative 7.0~55.8(43.6±23.2) points to postoperative 81.3~97.6(91.2±8.5) points after 8 months.There was no complication except for two post-operative slight pains on hip.Conclusions The early clinical efficacy of ceramic on ceramic total hip prosthesis is satisfactory and the high quality of life of the patients can be expected because of the excellent physical property and design concept of the Delta ceramic on ceramic prosthesis.
