摘要
目的观察中药熏蒸配合做颈椎9步功能保健操锻炼治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床护理效果。方法将136例患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组56例和观察组80例。对照组采用常规治疗颈椎牵引；观察组在此基础上加中药熏蒸配合每天进行颈椎9步功能保健操锻炼治疗法。治疗3个疗程后，观察两组疗效。结果观察组有效率为93．75％，对照组有效率为78．57％，差异有统计学意义（u=8．658，P〈0．05）；停止治疗后随访3个月，观察组有效率为91．25％，对照组有效为76．78％，差异有统计学意义（u=7．232，P〈0．05）。结论中药熏蒸配合颈椎9步保健操锻炼治疗神经根型颈椎病，对缓解神经根压迫症状疗效明显。
Objective To observe effects on fumigation with Chinese medicine treatment of cervical 9 step in cervical spondylosis patients. Methods 136 patients were randomly divided into 56 cases in the observation group and 80 cases in control group. The control group was treated with conventional methods, the observation group on this basis with fumigation with Chinese medicine treatment of cervical 9 steps. After three treatments periods, the effects between the two groups were compared. Results The efficacy rate in observation and control group were 93. 75% and 78. 57% respectively and the difference has reached the statistical significance （ u = 8. 658, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Three months after treatment, The efficacy rate in observation and control group were 91.25% and 76.78% respectively and the observation group was better than control group （ u = 7. 232, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Fumigation with Chinese medicine treatment of cervical 9 step in cervical Spondylosis was an effective method.
