层柱黏土催化剂在页岩油加氢裂化中的研究 被引量:3

The Study on PILC Catalyst in Hydrogenation Cracking Progress of Shale Oil

摘要 实验以Al-PILM,FeAl-PILM,β沸石和Y型分子筛为载体制备了NiW加氢裂化催化剂,对页岩油全馏分进行加氢裂化催化实验。对所得的产品油于实沸点蒸馏装置上进行馏分切割,并对各个馏分进行分析。结果表明:四种催化剂对页岩油都有明显的加氢裂化性能,轻馏分的收率较原油有很大提高,最高收率分别,<160℃为2.8%,160~370℃柴油为59.5%,所得160~370℃柴油的40℃运动黏度为3.248~3.324mm2.s-1,凝点-2~-3℃,闪点82~85℃,十六烷值62.3~63.4,20℃密度0.8305~0.8422g.cm-3,符合欧Ⅳ柴油排放指标,可作为生产优质柴油的原料。 With using Al-PILM,FeAI, β-zeolite and Y type molecular sieve as carrier, the hydrogenation cracking NiW catalyst was prepared, and the hydroeraeking catalytic experiment of shale oil distillates were carried out. The fractions of products were cut with real boiling point oil distillation equipments and each fraction was analyzed. The results showed that four catalysts all had obviously hydrocracking performance for shale oil, the yield of light fractions increased greatly than crude oil. The highest yields were as follows: 〈160℃, 2.8%; 160-370℃ diesel, 59.5%. The yield of diesel(160-370℃) kinematic viscosity (40℃) was 3.248-3.324 mm2s-1, the solidifying point was -2--3℃, flash point was 82-85℃, eetane number was 62.3-63.4 and the density (20℃) was 0.8305-0.8422 g cm-3, which met the Euro 4 Emission Standard, could be used as the raw materials for produce diesel with excellent quality.
