摘要
目的:观察消食饮(XSY)对大鼠胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌的影响。方法:SD大鼠40只,随机分4组:正常对照组、阳性对照组、XSY高、低剂量组。采用幽门结扎收集胃液,容积法测定胃液量;麦特(Mett)改良法观察其对胃蛋白酶活性的影响。结果:与正常对照组比较,XSY高剂量组可增加大鼠的胃蛋白酶含量,但对胃酸分泌无明显影响(P<0.05)。结论:XSY可促进大鼠胃蛋白酶的分泌。
Objective： To observe the effect of XSY on the secretion of gastric fluid acidity and pepsin of the healthy rat.Methods：40 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups（n=10 per group）： normal control group,positive control group,XSY low-dose group,XSY high-dose group.Use the volume method to measure the gastric juice capacity,use the Mett＇s Methods to observe the influence of pepsin secretion.Results： Compared with normal control group,the high dose of XSY could increase the pepsin secretion on rat,but showed no effect on the gastric juice secretion（P〈0.05）.Conlusion： XSY can increase the pepsin secreation.
