摘要
目的:为临床药师有效参与感染的治疗,发挥合理使用抗感染药的作用提供参考。方法:总结我院神经科临床药师参与临床感染防控方面所做的工作。结果:临床药师在多重耐药感染控制和感染爆发预测、参与制定抗感染方案及特殊人群剂量调整、宣传抗感染药合理使用、指导护士正确使用抗感染药、做好抗感染药过度使用的管理方面可发挥作用。结论:临床药师发挥专业知识,有助于抗感染药安全、有效、经济的使用。
Objective： To provide evidence for clinical pharmacists effectively taking part in anti-infection treatment and promoting the appropriate use of antibiotics. Method： The jobs of clinical pharmacists in controlling infection in Xuanwu hospital were summarized. Result： Clinical pharmacists joined in many clinic activities, such as controlling infection of multi-drug resistant bacteria, predicting infection outbreak, establishing anti-infection scheme, adjusting doses of drugs in special population, disseminating the appro- priate use of antibiotics, providing guidance for nurses and preventing antibiotics overuse. Conclusion ： Clinical pharmacists apply professional knowledge of antibiotics to ensure the safety, effectiveness and economy of antibiotic use.
