摘要
目的适应新军事变革需要,加强军队护理专业人才的军事医学综合素质与野战救护能力的培养。方法对4个护理本科班护生开展了《野战护理学》教学,采取多种教学方法和考核手段开展教学,并进行考核、评价教学效果。结果全部护生通过了考核,理论考试得分(79.17±12.13)分,操作考试得分(88.51±7.14)分;护生对于该课程的总体教学效果满意度较高。结论野战护理学课程的设置有助于培养军校护生的野战救护能力。
Objective To enhance nursing students＇comprehensive abilities in military medicine and battlefield nursing so as to adapt to the new military transformation. Methods The battlefield nursing course was lectured with a variety of teaching and assessing methods in four undergraduate classes. The teaching effects were evaluated with examination arid survey. Results All students passed the exam. The scores of theory test and practice test were （79.17± 12.13） and （88.51 ±7.14）. The degree of students＇satisfaction to the teaching effect was higher. Conclusion This course is beneficial to improve students＇battlefield nursing eompetencies.
