综述了国内外海洋油气和矿产资源勘探开发发展概况，探讨了中、深海油气和矿产勘探开发的关键技术。
Abstract This paper summarizes the developing tendency of exploitation of offshore hydrocarbon and other mineral resources. At the meanwhile, the key technology for developing medium and deep sea oil gas and mineral resources are studied and discussed.
