摘要
随着CFD数值分析技术的发展,运用其模拟仿真螺旋桨水动力具有快速准确的预报能力。螺旋桨在空泡水筒或简易循环闭路水筒做试验时,都会受到筒壁的影响,以致在全大气压的水筒环境下测得的水动力系数与水池不一致。为此,研究螺旋桨直径和其相对应的水筒直径之间的关系是很有必要的。螺旋桨置于水筒之中,采用DTMB P4119标准桨,不断改变水筒直径大小,从中得出筒径大小对螺旋桨水动力性能的影响程度。通过分析,给出推力系数、扭矩系数,效率系数,并且与ITTC20th的试验值进行了比较。对空泡水筒试验时如何进行筒壁的修正提供了一些依据。
It is quite advantageous to use CFD software in the prediction of propeller hydrostatic performance along with the development of CFD.This paper present the work to run Fluent software to search the wall effect of water tank.The propeller model is DTMB P4119 set in the water tank.The tank diameter is altered and then the tank sizes that do not affect the propeller hydrostatic performance could be ascertained.The computed results such as the thrust and torque coefficient,the power coefficient,are compared with the ITTC20th experiential data.
