摘要
目的观察动力型外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法 2006年6月～2009年5月应用动力型外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折37例,男20例,女17例,年龄22～79岁,平均58岁。骨折按AO分型:A3型5例,B2型2例,B3型4例,C1型7例,C2型9例,C3型11例。结果随访10～20个月,平均13个月,按Dienst评估标准评定:优22例,良10例,可3例,差2例,优良率86.5%。结论动力型外固支架是治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折一种较好的方法,其操作简单,固定可靠,疗效满意。
Aim To observe therapeutic effects of dynamic external fixator in treating comminuted fracture of distal radius.Methods Thirty-seven patients with comminuted distal radius fracture were treated by dynamic external fixator from June 2006 to May 2009.There were 20 males and 17 females with an average of 58 years.According to AO classification,4 fractures were A3 type,6 B2 and B3,27 C1,C2 and C3.Results All the patients were followed up from 4 months to 20 months（9 months on average）.The joint function was assessed by Dienst criteria,22 cases excellent results,10 cases good results,as 86.5% cases with satisfactory results.Conclusion The treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures by dynamic external fixator is easy in performance,reliable in fixation,and satisfactory in effect.
