摘要
目的研究护理干预对膀胱过度活动症(OAB)患者症状缓解的作用。方法按患者入院时间排序,根据序号的奇偶数将患者分为护理干预组和对照组,分别实施1年的护理干预。结果护理干预组症状缓解的效果明显优于对照组,护理干预时间越长作用越明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理干预措施对OAB患者的症状有明显的缓解作用,但要坚持不懈,才能达到长期缓解的效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of one-year nursing intervention in patients with overactive bladder（OAB）.Methods The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission time.One-year nursing intervention was provided for the patients in the experimental group.The patients＇ symptoms were compared before the two groups.Results Compared to the control group,the patients＇ symptoms were significanltly relieved in the experimental group（P0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive and long-term nursing intervention should be provided for the patients with overactive bladder.It can effectively relieve patients＇ symptoms.
