摘要
介绍了住院医师规范化培训公共科目培训过程,总结了实践经验。对如何开展住院医师培训进行了分析与思考,并对今后如何做好住院医师规范化培训提出了设想。
The article introduced the primary subject lectures training program and experience for the resident physician standardized training. It reflected the importance of the primary subject lectures training. At the end, the author suggested some measures about how to progress the resident physician standardized training.
