摘要
概述了科研评价的产生、发展及其作用,分析了论文产出和影响力在科研评价中的地位,并对科研指标体系的建立,研究方法选取以及评价数据库的选择等方面的研究进展进行了归纳与总结。此外,在分析归纳的基础上对科研评价提出一些个人见解。
This paper presents an overview about the generation、development and function of the research assessment,and it analyze the role that the paper production and influence played in the research evaluation,it also has an induction and conclusion about the resent development of the indicator system、approach and database selection revolved in the research evaluation.
