摘要
研究了微波辅助作用下,以海蓬子油为原料,氢氧化钾为催化剂,丙三醇为溶剂,采用碱异构化法制备共轭亚油酸的工艺条件。单因素及正交实验结果表明,微波辅助法的最优工艺条件为:油:催化剂为1:0.5,油:溶剂为1:4.5,微波作用时间为10min,反应温度为125℃。在此条件下CLA含量为57.56%,亚油酸转化率约为82%。结果显示与常规的油浴方法相比,微波辅助法能够明显缩短反应时间,降低反应温度,提高反应效率。
The conjugated linoleic acid CLA were prepared by alkali isomerization under the microwave.In the isomerization reaction system,the KOH was used as catalyst,the glycerol as solvent,and the salsa seed oil was used as raw material.Through the single-facter and orthogonal test,the optimum conditions of the conjugation reaction were obtained:oil∶catalyst(m∶m)=1∶0.5,oil∶solvent(m∶m)=1∶4.5,time 10min,reaction temperature 125℃.Under above condition,the CLA content and the conversion of linoleic acid reached 57.56% and 82%,respectively.The results showed that the reaction time and temperature were significantly shortened under the microwave field compared with the oil bath method.
