紫甘薯叶总黄酮对四氯化碳致小鼠慢性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 通过腹腔注射7%的CCl4制备慢性肝损伤小鼠模型,分别用3种不同浓度的紫甘薯叶总黄酮(FPSPL)进行治疗,检测小鼠肝脏指数(LI),血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,白蛋白(ALB)和总蛋白(TP)含量,肝组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,研究了FPSPL对小鼠慢性肝损伤的保护作用。结果表明,FPSPL能显著降低小鼠LI,降低血清ALT和AST活性,提高血清ALB和TP含量,提高肝组织SOD活性,降低MDA含量。FPSPL对四氯化碳导致的小鼠慢性肝损伤具有保护作用。 The protective effect of total flavonoids of purple sweet potato leaves(FPSPL)on carbon tetrachloride-induced chronic liver injury in mice was studied.The chronic liver injury model was induced by administration of 7% carbon tetrachloride and mice were treated of FPSPL at 50,100 or 200mg/kg to examine the changes of liver index(LI),alanine aminotrasferase(ALT),aspartate aminotrasferase(AST),albumin(ALB),total protein(TP)in serum,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in liver homogenate.The results showed that FPSPL significantly decreased LI,the activity of serum ALT and AST,the level of MDA in liver homogenate.It also increased the concentration of serum ALB and TP,the activity of SOD in liver homogenate.FPSPL had protective effect on mice with chronic liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride.
