摘要 坐标测量技术是现代制造和测量水平的重要标志.回顾了坐标测量技术发展的十大标志性事件,从测量范围及精度、探测技术、控制系统、测量软件、精度评定与溯源技术等角度概述了坐标测量技术的现状.预测应用于生产现场的开放性、兼容性和柔性俱佳的坐标测量控制技术,多传感器信息融合技术,智能坐标测量技术以及远程校准技术等将成为坐标测量技术的发展趋势. Coordinate metrology technology is an important symbol of advanced manufacturing and measurement level.It is helpful to fully understand the coordinate metrology technology by the overview of its evolvement history,current status and trends.The milestone events of coordinate metrology development are reviewed.The current status,including the measurement range and accuracy,probing technologies,control systems,software and tracing technologies are analyzed.The development trends,such as the open,flexible and compatibly control technologies for the inproduction measurement,multi-sensor information fusion technologies,intelligent coordinate metrology and remote calibration technologies are predicted.
