大坝混凝土裂缝修补材料的制备研究 被引量:19

摘要 混凝土裂缝修补材料对阻止混凝土性能的劣化具有重要作用。利用聚天门氡氨酸酯、异氰酸酯、纳米S iO2、硅烷偶联剂、活性稀释剂制备纳米复合修补材料用于大坝混凝土裂缝修补。通过万能试验机分析了不同种类异氰酸酯的用量对材料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的影响,通过调整异氰酸酯的种类及用量,可以得到满足不同力学性能要求的大坝裂缝修补材料。此外,试验证明涂刷裂缝修补材料的混凝土试件的抗冻、抗碳化、抗冲磨能力得到明显提高,可见该裂缝修补材料的使用对混凝土耐久性的提高具有一定的作用。目前,该大坝混凝土裂缝修补材料在南水北调工程中得到应用,效果良好。 Patching materials for dam concrete crack plays an important role in preventing deterioration of dam concrete performance.We use polyaspartic ester,isocyanate,nano SiO2,silane coupling agent and reactive diluent to prepare a compound patching material for repairing dam concrete.The influences of different kinds and amounts of isocyanate on the tensile strength and breaking elongation are studied by universal materials tester.By adjusting kind and amount of the isocyanate,we can obtain various patching material satisfying different mechanical properties requirements.Research results reveal that the application of patching material can improve frost-resisting property,anti-carbonating property,as well as abrasion-resistance of concrete.The patching material has been successfully applied in South-to-North Water Diversion.
