摘要
从土壤中分离、筛选得到一株高絮凝活性絮凝剂产生菌TS-1,初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌。通过六因素五水平正交设计实验,探讨了该菌产絮凝剂的最优条件。在最优条件为乳糖2%、蛋白胨1%、KH2PO40.2%、K2HPO40.2%、NaCl0.05%、(NH4)2SO40.05%、MgSO4.7H2O 0.05%p、H 6.0、34℃、180r/min、摇床培养40h下,所产絮凝剂对4‰的高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效率为91.3%。
A strain of flocculant-producing Bacillus TS-1 was isolated from soil.Orthogonality experiment methods was used to find the optimum culture conditions,that was lactose 2%,peptone 1%,KH2PO4 0.2%,K2HPO4 0.2%,NaCl 0.05%,(NH4)2SO4 0.05%,MgSO4·7H2O 0.05%,pH 6.0,34℃,180r/min,cultivated for 40 hours in flakes.The strain produced a strong-activity flocculant,and its best flocculating rate to 4‰ kaolin suspension could reach 91.3%.
