TPU输送带用憎油涂层的制备及性能研究

摘要 -NCO封端PU与丙烯酸羟基酯反应制得的PUA可UV固化。研究表明,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体输送带表面涂覆后从亲油变为憎油。当异福乐酮二异氰酸酯与聚四氢呋喃投料比为6∶1(物质的量)、涂层干膜厚0.11mm、光固化90s时,甲基丙烯酸羟丙脂合成PUA的水接触角(或憎油角)达51.9°,丙烯酸羟丙酯合成PUA在TPU表面剥离强度达132.5N/m,交联剂用量为10%(质量分数,下同)时,涂层附着力为1级。 Polyurethane acrylate(PUA) prepared by the reaction between isocyanate-terminated polyurethane and acrylic hydroxyl resin can be covered on the surface of TPU conveyor by the way of UV curing. The coating obtained by this method behaves hydrophilic on its surface and excellent adhesion. Experiments show that the surface of the conveyor belt can he changed into oleophohic from pro-oil after covered, when IPDI and PTMG are added as the ratio of 6 : 1, the coating's dry film-thickness is about 0. 11mm, the UV curing time is 90s, HPMA is used in the synthesis, PUA has the best oleophobic property, its water contact angle(or called oleophobic angle) can reach up to 51.9°; PUA has the best peel strength when hydroxylpropyl acrylate is used in the synthesis, its 180° peel strength of this kind can reach up to 132. 5N/m, when the cross-linker HDDA added is 10wt%, the coaling has the best adhesion, its the adhesion on tins can reach up to first class.
